Pastor Shad Vork began his ministry here in July 2008. He is a graduate of Howard Payne University (Brownwood, TX) and Central Baptist Theological Seminary (Plymouth, MN). Before coming to Stillwater he ministered at Prior Lake Baptist Church, Prior Lake, Minnesota. He served there for seven years as an assistant pastor.
He and his wife Elisabeth (Huebscher) have four children: Abigail, Caitlin, Justin, and Aaron. They enjoy serving the Lord here in Stillwater in the ministry of Grace Baptist Church. He follows the ministry of Pastor Lenard Huebscher, who has "retired" to the position of assistant pastor.

Pastor Huebscher and his wife came out to Stillwater to found Grace Baptist Church. They have been faithful in the ministry since he graduated from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Huebscher writes a weekly column in the local paper called "Bible Questions and Answers." He is on the board of the Minnesota Baptist Association, a fellowship of independent, Bible believing Baptist churches.
